Getting proper rest - at least 8 hours of sleep each night
- Making healthy food choices - eat more fruits & vegetables
- Increasing water intake while limiting high sugar drinks like soda& sports drinks
- Increasing play and physical activity
- Limiting inactive activity like TV, computer and video games
- Limiting headphone use
